Our morning at Marshall Gulch Mt. Lemmon

OK, so I've been back to my blog correcting spelling errors like 20 times now, I'M DONE with it! Sorry if there are still more. I type so fast to get things in that I don't re-read to check for errors.

I saw on Natalie Kelly's page their day at Marshall Gulch. It looked so nice I thought we should go up this weekend. We did and actually met them up there too! It was so nice to spend the day in cool mountain weather and play in the cold stream. The kids had a blast as usual. They are very easy to please. Zander took a few spills (or should I say plunges) in the water that took a few minutes to get over but then was right back into it playing. He took a nap at the end for about 1 hour in his little tent. We actually had to wake him up to leave. I had a baby shower to go to by 3:00. So we had to leave a bit too soon. We will go up again real soon though. It was so peaceful and relaxing. A nice break from our 100 degree weather back down in the city. It was actually a tad chilly when we got there at 10:00. But in the sun was perfect. It warmed up quick and long sleeves were off at about 11:00. I also posted some pictures at the end of the blanket and taggy blanket I made for my sister in law Callie's baby Tyson. It was my first taggy blanket. I think it turned out super cute.
